Client Services

Client Services is committed to excellent customer service and contract management. We manage and provide governance standards, education, resources, tools and techniques to ensure our successful, efficient, and consistent delivery of contractual obligations to the client.

Client Services staff:

  • Meet with the client regularly to provide updates and status reports, discuss future planning initiatives, and address any client concerns or issues.
  • Review project deliverables during the business requirements gathering phase, up to and including development of the detail requirements and review of estimates.
  • Communicate relevant issues to the Project Management Office (PMO) and Development team in our role as the liaison between all entities.
  • Manage nightly batch processing, ensuring that this processing occurs and updates the system accurately. We pay particular attention to financial aspects of distribution and payment processing.
  • Identify positive outcomes of installations/releases for future reference when contract renewals come up.
  • Address errors, omissions and/or system problems directly with the client when they are happening and follow up with incident reports as appropriate.
  • Participate in “Lessons Learned” meetings and track “big wins” and positive outcomes.

We collaborate with the Project Management Office and the Division of Technology to review and assist with:

  • project management
  • resource management
  • software development
  • maintenance
  • support for client needs and satisfaction
