Brad’s leadership has been a key part of multiple clients’ and team members’ success stories. A founding member of Auctor, he brings over thirty years of strategy, focus, and service delivery experience to the team.  

Clients and team members alike respect and appreciate Brad’s deep understanding of clients’ missions, challenges, and needs. “We enable government agencies to fulfill the requirements and meet the expectations of the constituents they are chartered to serve. We make them successful,” Brad says. “And Auctor prides itself on providing exceptional service at a very effective price point.”  

Brad’s leadership approach emphasizes flexibility, appreciation, and a willingness to listen and adapt. The resulting innovation, progress, and collaboration have made for a positive company culture and many wins for clients and team members alike.  

As a personable and approachable leader, Brad readily mentors staff and encourages them to grow. The positive environment has helped team members shine, and he regularly encourages celebration of their successes, which also means gains for clients and other team members. In addition, he’s a strong advocate for innovation both for clients and for Auctor: “Share new ideas and challenge old ones – there is always room for improvement,” he says. 

Brad began his career providing IT consulting services at a large regional accounting / advisory firm. He then became the CIO for a publicly traded broadcasting company, and then led a startup LAN/WAN network integration company. That company was merged into Auctor Corporation in the mid-1990s. 

Brad is a certified public accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University.
