With extensive experience across a range of government agencies and systems, Dustin brings adaptable skills to projects of all types and sizes. His talent for grasping both complex technical details and big-picture concepts enables him to craft comprehensive deliverables—from current and future state data requirements to application interfaces, business rules, and use cases. Coupled with strong project management capabilities, he has guided clients through tight deadlines, shifting schedules, and unexpected roadblocks with confidence and success.
Like many at Auctor, Dustin embraces variety and wears many hats with ease. While he’s a recognized expert in child support, he also brings over five years of experience with the Kansas Department of Transportation. His ongoing growth and broadening expertise continue to benefit both current and future projects. “Auctor consistently equips us with tools for training, development, and staying up to date—empowering both our clients and our team to reach their personal and professional goals,” he says.
With more than 20 years of experience in the child support program, Dustin has developed deep expertise across its many facets. He’s served in roles ranging from the State Disbursement Unit to Central Office leadership, including Fiscal and Intergovernmental Manager positions. As CSS Program Manager, he oversaw six judicial districts encompassing 33 counties across Kansas. He’s also been an active contributor to the child support community, attending and presenting at numerous conferences and holding leadership roles in key organizations.
Dustin currently serves as the Past President of the Kansas Child Support Educational Association (KCSEA), continuing his commitment to advancing the field and supporting his peers.
