Joe Jean is an experienced child support and organizational change leader with over 36 years of service in IV‑D programs across the public and private sectors. He has extensive expertise in IV‑D policy, program administration, federal certification requirements, and child support system operations, with a strong focus on improving outcomes for children and families.
In past experience, Joe has held senior leadership roles at the State of Indiana Child Support Bureau, including more than a decade as an Assistant Deputy Director. In addition, at Auctor and beyond, Joe's experience includes strategic planning, business development, organizational change management, training and curriculum development, and large‑scale system modernization initiatives. A PROSCI‑certified change management professional and PMP‑certified project manager, Joe is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, ability to align technical and business stakeholders, and steady guidance through complex change.
