Her background spans HR Business Partnering, Executive Coaching, Global Talent Management, and HR Leadership. Known for her collaborative and approachable style, Kim is as respected for her people skills as she is for her strategic acumen.

She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Bowling Green State University. Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling with family and friends, diving into book club reads, and staying active with pickleball and golf.
