As the strategic leader of people, Kim is passionate and enthusiastic about increasing Auctor’s ability to meet client needs and to support Auctor’s management and employees.  

 Kim chose to come work for Auctor after working for a multinational and Fortune 200 company. “I could see areas where we could continue to build on initiatives and make Auctor an even better place for clients and staff.” With the guidance of Kim and the leadership team, Auctor has been a three-time winner of the Best Places to Work in Indiana award (Indiana Chamber of Commerce). “Listening to employee feedback is key. We try to improve with everything we do, so we take great pride in moving the company forward in ways that really matter to our people.” 

Kim uses her deep HR expertise and partners with leadership and staff to drive talent-related strategies and processes to grow and sustain a high-performing organizational culture. 

Her experience includes progressive and transformational corporate, site, and subsidiary experiences. That’s included broad areas of Human Resources such as HR Business Partnering, Executive Coaching, Global Talent Management, and Global HR Leadership. And while staff appreciate her knowledge and abilities, they also appreciate her friendly, inclusive work style. (She’s just easy to work with and talk to.) 

Kim has Bachelor and Master’s degrees from Bowling Green State University. She has a passion for volunteering her service for non-profit boards and enjoys coaching and mentoring leadership. She loves to travel with family and friends in her spare time.
