Kim began her Quality Assurance (QA) career at an S&P 500 company, where she developed a strong foundation and deep expertise in QA practices. She brought that same passion and knowledge to Auctor, where she has become a driving force behind the company’s QA excellence. Kim thrives on formalizing and enhancing testing and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, and she takes great pride in contributing to the quality of Auctor’s products and services.
Since joining Auctor over 13 years ago, Kim has been inspired by the company’s collaborative and forward-thinking culture. “Everyone I met during the interview process was fantastic, friendly, and open to new beginnings with QA,” she recalls. Remarkably, many of those same individuals are still with Auctor today—still committed to the same QA values.
Kim is a dedicated mentor to the QA team, empowering analysts to grow in their roles and celebrating their successes—especially those well-earned “digital high fives.” Her team, in turn, values her hands-on support and unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
With a well-established test team in place, Kim is now focused on evolving the group into a full-fledged QA organization. She actively identifies new opportunities across Auctor where skilled professionals can make a meaningful impact on quality at every level.
Kim’s dedication to QA extends to continuous learning—for both herself and her team. She holds an associate’s degree in computer information systems from Indiana Wesleyan University and multiple industry certifications, including:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
- Currently pursuing Certified Software Quality Manager (CSQM)
Additionally, she maintains active memberships in ASQ (American Society for Quality), Agile Indy and ERICSA (Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association).
Her commitment ensures that Auctor remains at the forefront of QA best practices.
