Niki Morris
“Strong systems succeed when strategy, design, and day-to-day work come together.”
Niki began her career in child support in 2008 as an Implementation Lead for the State of New Jersey, where she worked closely with probation officers, hearing officers, and judges during the state’s child support modernization project. Through this work, she developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of each role and how thoughtful system design supports confident, effective daily work.
Following implementation, Niki transitioned into PMO Assistant and Business Analyst roles during the project’s Maintenance and Operations phase, where she continued to stay deeply engaged across all aspects of delivery. Since then, she has supported projects across the United States and the Virgin Islands, gaining experience in nearly every phase and function of a project lifecycle.
Niki is known for her hands-on approach. She enjoys digging into the details, bridging the gap between system design and real-world operations, and rolling up her sleeves to help teams solve problems and get the job done. She brings a creative, practical mindset to finding solutions that work not just on paper, but in day-to-day practice.
She joined Auctor in 2026 as a Business Analyst on the Client Services team and is excited to partner with a tenured team while supporting clients as a trusted and strategic collaborator. Niki leverages her Communications degree from Rutgers University to streamline internal and external processes and to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective outcomes.
