When you’re asking important questions about your child support system, Rieda is happy to share her deep knowledge and help others understand difficult concepts. It’s easy to learn from her, in part because of her strong training background and friendly approach. Her ability to make sense of child support systems and their needs (technical and business), has made her a go-to person throughout her career.

Rieda is an expert at the “deep dive”—the ability to figure out how a system works, how it should work, and what needs to happen to meet essential goals. More importantly, she can communicate those ideas effectively. That’s made her a reliable and highly respected expert for clients and Auctor staff alike.

With 16 years of Child Support experience plus 14 in associated programs (such as IV-A, Unemployment, SNAP, and more) across four different states, Rieda brings a wealth of information at state and federal levels. She has a thorough understanding of child support from training to key business analyst positions. Rieda’s also a great resource for deep knowledge of key policies and procedures.

Rieda is currently serving on the ERICSA Board of Directors and will join the ERICSA Executive Committee beginning 2023. She has served on various web talk and conference planning committees for ERICSA and NCSEA.
