Brad Weber
President
“Share new ideas and challenge old ones – there is always room for improvement.”Brad Weber brings over thirty years of strategy, focus, and service delivery experience to the team.
His philosophy? “We enable government agencies to fulfill the requirements and meet the expectations of the constituents they are chartered to serve. We make them successful. Auctor prides itself on providing exceptional service at a very effective price point.”
Brad started his career providing IT consulting services at a large regional accounting / advisory firm. He then became the CIO for a publicly traded broadcasting company before starting a LAN/WAN network integration company that was merged into Auctor Corporation in the mid-1990s.
Brad is a certified public accountant with B.S. from Purdue University.
More about Dave
At Auctor, Dave’s built a successful and strategic PMO, a success due in part to a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style. “I would never ask my team to do something that I’m not willing to do myself,” he says.
A graduate of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Dave also earned an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Butler University and holds a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
As a former Division 3 college basketball player, Dave’s a Butler and Indiana University basketball fan. When he’s not trying to keep up with his busy kids, he coaches men’s basketball and is a volunteer video director for his church.
“At the end of the day,” Dave emphasizes, “the way you treat people is far more important than anything else.”
More about Howard
Before joining Auctor, Howard held multiple roles in software development, defining software specifications and managing development for ongoing releases of a web-enabled inventory optimization and analysis software product, among other projects.
Howard holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University.
More about Mike
After a start with a public accounting firm, Mike opened a small accounting practice in 1992. His initial focus was not-for profit organizations with a few specialty contractors. With revenues at his largest client growing quickly, he joined as financial controller, where he established internal controls and procedures.
Mike is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s in General Management; he also holds CPA certification.
Outside of work, Mike is an enthusiastic fitness advocate, an avid gardener with a passion for growing hundreds of varieties of hostas, and a breeder of championship Labrador retrievers.
“I often volunteer and have been on the board of several not-for-profit organizations (for teens, dogs, and plants)—seems I always get to be the treasurer.”
More about Deanna
“My primary challenge is to find and retain the best possible employees,” Deanna says. “We strive to keep our talented employees motivated and happy!” As the primary architect of Auctor HR, she brings a wealth of experience with HR compliance audits, policy development, process improvement, job analysis, onboarding, and much more.
Associates appreciate Deanna’s personable style and strong organizational skills. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Devry University, and she’s a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

More about Tom
Tom’s career spans positions from the ground up: from child support worker to the Deputy Director of the Office of Child Support in the state of Connecticut, with additional experience in the Department of Social Services (DSS), Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) and the Judicial Branch Support Enforcement Services (SES). This means, too, that Tom brings “soft skills,” such as management of people and staff and the ability to navigate bureaucracy.
Tom’s also served in various of capacities in the National Child Support Association, where he’s built solid contacts and a deep knowledge of many areas within child support. He is currently the president-elect.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Connecticut State University; he also completed Master’s level work in Leadership and Organizational Management at University of Hartford, CT.
As a part of a strong Auctor team, Tom recognizes the importance of a client’s mission and never loses sight of an agency’s end goals. “I receive great satisfaction every day knowing I am helping children.”
Kim Pohlman
Vice President of Talent Management

As the strategic leader of people and organizational development, Kim is passionate and enthusiastic about increasing the capability of Auctor to meet client needs and to support both the management and employees of Auctor.
Kim uses her deep HR expertise and partners with leadership and staff to drive talent-related strategies, tools and processes to grow and sustain a high-performing organizational culture. Kim’s experience at a multinational and Fortune 200 company included progressive corporate, site and subsidiary experiences, many of them transformational, as she gained experience in broad areas of Human Resources including HR Business Partnering, Executive Coaching, Global Talent Management, and Global HR Leadership.
Kim has a Bachelor and Master’s degree from Bowling Green State University. She has a passion for volunteering to serve on non-profit boards and enjoys coaching and mentoring leadership. She loves to travel with family and friends in her spare time.
